Project Summary

The Quincy School, named after the city’s most famous family has been listed since 1983 on the National Register of Historic Places and was converted to 49 rental units in the mid-1980’s by Kenney Development Company. In 1992 Kenney Development went back and began to phase out renters in stages as it phased in condominium owners. Kenney Development was awarded “The Solomon Willard Award” for the outstanding restoration of this red brick and Quincy granite Georgian Revival.
