Project Summary
Harrison Court is an elegant 19th century property located at 761 Harrison Avenue in Boston’s South End. Originally built in 1860 as the first location for Boston College it was converted to a residential use in 1992. The property features numerous different floor plans with unique features including high ceilings and large windows. It also featured a private landscaped courtyard for the exclusive use of its residents. After Kenney Development acquired the property they managed many upgrades to the community and subsequently sold the asset to BlackRock. Working with the new owner they managed a complete renovation to include the addition of 11 units, fitness center and resident amenities as well as upgrades to all unit interior finishes.
